SELECTION CRITERIA

First Stage
LEGAL ENTITY
The company must be registered and operate in Ukraine at least since January 01, 2023.
SOCIAL IMPACT
Companies that create or plan to create social impact are invited to participate in the program.
* Social impact is a change in the well-being of people or the state of the natural environment caused by an organization/company.

Second Stage
LEGAL ENTITY
The company must be registered and operate in Ukraine at least since January 01, 2023. Companies will have to provide registration documents.
*Companies that are registered (have a legal address) in the territory defined as temporarily occupied (in the list of settlements in which the state authorities of Ukraine temporarily do not exercise their powers, as well as settlements located on the line of military contact), or companies that operate in the Russian Federation or Belarus through a branch, representative office, bureau, other company or any other separate subdivision, as well as companies in respect of which the Government of Ukraine and its partners have imposed a ban on, are not eligible to participate. Bankrupt companies and companies with open court cases are also not allowed to participate.
FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND STABILITY
The company's business model must demonstrate the potential for financial stability and further development. The company will be required to provide tax returns for the first three quarters of 2024 (if available) or an annual report for 2023 confirming a turnover of at least UAH 100,000 per year.
TEAM
The company has an enthusiastic team of founders and employees who are invested in the success of the project, are open to mentoring, and are interested in the development of the company (at least 3 people). The list of employees should be presented together with a description of their key role. All team members participating in the acceleration program should be able to communicate and to conduct business in both Ukrainian and English.
BUSINESS MODEL
The business model of a company is a model with proven profitability and market opportunities and can be scaled to other cities and regions of the country or globally. The company should present a business plan with a realistic forecast for the company to achieve a certain level of profitability.
PRODUCT OR SERVICE READINESS
The company has a product/service that is already on the market or is ready to enter the market within 6 months from the start of the acceleration program, and/or plans to launch a new product/service.
SOCIAL IMPACT
The company has an established an impact mission and vision, understands its (planned) impact, which is supported by a theory of change.While the accelerator program will help the participant crystallize, formalize and define an approach to measuring social impact, program applicants should have a broad idea of what type of social impact/cause/problem they want to help solve.
ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
Ability and willingness to attend all required classes, seminars and workshops, as well as to complete the required homework assignments by 2 representatives from the company.
